Personal health crisis as a turning point
A bad blood test at my family doctor's office awakened me from my youthful naivety and party life and had a particularly lasting impact on the rest of my life. I was greeted by the following words when I left a doctor's office:
“There’s nothing you can do, you just have to live with it.”
At 20 years old, I was determined not to accept the fact that my condition couldn't be improved or cured in a holistic way. Despite an odyssey of doctor visits, I wasn't satisfied with the solutions I found, as they were mostly inadequate and, in my opinion, didn't address the root cause. So I started looking for a solution myself.
The search for knowledge
This led to intensive years of lectures, seminars, training courses, and conferences. During an evening lecture on psychosomatics, I realized how vast the field of illness and health is and that there is more to it than just the "standardized" path of guidelines. This was followed by intensive years of training in integral medicine and psychosomatics with Dr. Dahlke personally. This was followed by numerous training courses in orthomolecular medicine, mitochondrial medicine, bioidentical hormone therapy, therapeutic fasting, nutrition, applied neurobiology, and applied psychoneuroimmunology, which primarily shapes my practice concept. I have not only completed training in the application of frequency-specific microcurrents, neurofeedback training, and interval hyperoxia-hypoxia training, but have also been teaching these for several years. A key part of my practice concept is the treatment of the brain and nervous system using various neuromodulation technologies.
Broadening perspectives
I also completed various training courses in coaching and psychology at the Kutschera Institute in Vienna to better understand myself and be able to support others more effectively on a mental level. In the area of corporate health promotion, the "High Flow Coaching" training at Steven Kotler's Flow Research Collective in the USA laid the foundation. Despite the many advanced training courses I've taken, I still complete several new courses each year to broaden my perspectives and deepen my understanding.
Practice and experiment
For me personally, my own experimentation and practice are of utmost importance. Everything—and I emphasize absolutely everything—that I talk about in my lectures or seminars, I either apply myself or with my patients in practice. Through numerous experiments, including ten-day water fasts and silence, as well as various forms of blood purification, I have been able to learn a tremendous amount for my own practice. In fact, I believe that the majority of my knowledge comes from self-experience, intensive research, and continuous practice.
The vision of a health center
"For many years, the concept of an innovative health center in the heart of the city had been developing in the back of my mind. A few years ago, I knew the time wasn't right, but now, especially after COVID, I knew the moment was right. As if by magic, everything fell into place: the right location, the right business partners, and my own expertise and experience to implement a large and innovative project like this.
For me, it was always very important that it would not be a simple facility for health automation, like an assembly line, but rather a place of encounter, further development, innovation and, of course, holistic health at all levels.
I want to sit comfortably with my guests, customers, and patients in the café area and talk about the latest options for our health. We offer workshops and lectures, which anyone can attend, mostly free of charge. Corporate health promotion and our offerings for companies are also key to our work. We want to offer companies an unprecedented opportunity to promote the health and, consequently, the performance of their employees. From the "health-promoting architecture" to the shielded power lines and the state-of-the-art therapy devices currently available on the market, everything has been thought through down to the last detail.
I'm excited to offer each of our clients the best holistic health services in the city, and I hope everyone realizes that the center is my passion project."
